Terms of Hire

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or left behind in our cars. We will however, make every attempt to notify you if we do find anything left behind. After an on-time pickup, our drivers make every attempt to adhere to your timetable and choose the best route possible. Because of our extensive knowledge of the area, we often are able to avoid traffic delays, however, ultimately we cannot be held responsible for foreseen or unforeseen delays including additional time that may result. Tolls are the responsibility of the customer. The minimum damage/cleaning (vomit, smoking, etc.) charge is $150. Please see your Reservation Confirmation for complete Terms & Conditions.

Making a Reservation

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. A $60 non-refundable deposit (credit card preferred) is required to guarentee your reservation.

Your deposit will be applied as payment toward your reservation with the balance due on the day of service. 20% service charge (gratuity) will be included with all reservations.

To make a reservation 24 hours a day call us at 360.456.8054. In the event all of our reservation specialists are busy, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly.

To make a reservation online, simply click the button below and follow the instructions. After your credit card is validated, you will be sent to our reservation request page where you'll be able to enter the details of your reservation.
